Commercial wins in today’s game market don’t come easy.

In fact, over 90% of games are failed by preventable design, positioning, or retention mistakes. These issues have nothing to do with talent and everything to do with oversized scope with internal blind spots.

We help studios de-risk games and convert 'potential' into top-tier, market-leading titles in a cutthroat industry.

Founded in 2024, MGN Global integrates data, process, and execution to give developers a critical edge. Our insight-driven systems accelerate iteration by up to 300%, enabling faster validation, smarter decisions, and stronger market performance.

We are in active collaboration or contact with over 12 studios worldwide, including teams in Japan, South Korea, France, Germany, and several U.S. states.
