MGN Global delivers risk analysis, QA auditing, and commercial validation across PC, mobile, and console worldwide

  • Wins in today’s game market don’t come easy

Over 90% of games fail due to preventable design, positioning, or retention flaws. Internal blind spots and surface-level testing are primary factors.

We catch those failure points before the market does.

Since 2024, MGN Global has functioned as a technical strike team for mobile and gaming leaders, securing success across billion-dollar ecosystems. We turn high-risk builds into sustainable commercial wins.

Launch once. Launch right.

Our Journey

A brief history of MGN Global

Pre-2024

Foundations

The groundwork began with Android Shark, an analytical platform operating within the world’s most competitive gaming economies. Auditing hundreds of titles across iOS and Android, we developed the rigorous QA methodologies required for high-stakes launches. This era defined our core expertise: rapid technical evaluation, market-ready optimization, and the ability to extract every marginal conversion gain.

2024–Present

MGN Global

Founded in 2024, the firm initially provided specialized QA and production support. We transitioned to MGN Global to align with our expansion into cross-platform pipelines and high-level risk analysis. Today, we provide both the commercial foresight and technical auditing required to capture asymmetric market share in crowded global releases.
