This page reflects MGN’s operations, impact, and leadership in 2025.
MGN: A Global Force
MGN was created to strengthen developers’ strategies and performance results.
In an era where game studios frequently close down and ambitious titles collapse due to unmet expectations, failure is at an all time peak. The difference between success and obscurity often comes down to oversights in QA, weak player insight, or a lack of operational clarity.
The minds behind MGN:
Through pre-launch validation and commercial foresight, we de-risk development and help studios overcome a saturated gaming market (where attention is scarce, and second chances are rarer).
Executive Summary
We partner with developers to ensure that every title is set up for a successful launch; our focus is primarily on long-term growth, market traction, and player loyalty.
We specialize in high-performance QA, market insight, and operational support. Bridging the gap between creative vision and commercial viability.
With a team of 30+ industry specialists, we operate at scale without sacrificing precision.
Powered by Transparency
We believe the strongest partnerships are built on clarity, trust, and direct communication.
Our CEO and leadership team remain directly available for critical strategy, and we’re always open to helping non-partners with occasional decisions that need extra perspective.

PC and console work has been more limited, expansion is underway.
3.Leadership Team
Across our team, you’ll find contributors from tier-one developers, publishing houses, and global service networks. Our 'end-game' framework is engineered around one goal: accelerating performance at scale.
A corporate visionary dedicated to elevating how studios build, scale, and sustain their games. What began as a lifelong passion evolved into a pursuit of excellence in production and strategy. San has guided a range of indie studios, AAA publishers, and tech investors toward sustained success. Backed by a foundation in Information Technology and Programming, he applies a systems-level approach to design operations.
A systems engineer and former StarCraft 2 pro player, Ra specializes in technical infrastructure and developed MGN’s proprietary live-ops feedback integration. His earliest gaming memory is diving into the Apogee classics on DOS, an era he still considers the best and one that continues to inspire his work today.
Kerri brings extensive experience in planning, marketing, and data-driven strategy. With an Honours degree in Computer Engineering and Programming from St. Dominic’s, she combines technical acumen with business insight. While not a core gamer, she anchors MGN’s logistical operations and ensures seamless coordination across projects.
A former producer and competitive gamer, Liam bridges gameplay and go-to-market execution. He oversees feature prioritization, economy design, and monetization balancing across multiple genres. Liam's expertise in behavioral UX has helped studios triple their ARPU without sacrificing user goodwill.
A data analyst who plays to win, Vas specializes in uncovering behavioral trends and driving player retention. His work has predicted churn months ahead of time, refined PvP balance systems, and closed major engagement gaps. As a former pro gaming champion in fighting games and League of Legends, he bridges the gap between analytics and player experience.
Rogini builds long-term alliances between MGN and publishers, funding groups, and talent pools. With experience in licensing, investor relations, and transmedia planning, she ensures every collaboration becomes a growth multiplier for our partners. While her gaming experience rarely extends beyond Candy Crush, her focus and precision in partnership strategy are second to none.

6.Why Studios Choose MGN
In an industry where one misstep can sink years of work, MGN acts as that critical last layer of support to avoid costly mistakes, maximize profits, and ensure flawless execution.
Impact of Focus on Game Success:

*Market success = Player Experience + Operational Excellence.
Trying to do both at once (without the right scale or specialization) always leads to trade-offs.
7.Location & Operations
MGN is headquartered remotely, operating globally with satellite collaborators in the US and Europe. Our clients range from solo devs to AAA-scale studios.
International Clients & Markets:
Please note: MGN does not operate in the Russian Federation and has limited capabilities in Mainland China due to regulatory complexities.
8.Corporate Initiatives
MGN has pledged 1.4% of all profits to fuel the next generation of developers, support small studios, and advance educational programs that inspire game engineering and creative innovation.
This reflects our conviction that lasting success is built by empowering others.
9.Partnership Criteria
We choose projects we can truly elevate. If it's not the right fit, we’ll tell you upfront.
Additionally, we respectfully decline work with projects that:
We're a trusted partner if costly trial and error isn’t your strategy.
