A corporate strategist with over 14 years in gaming and operations, San has advised indie developers, AAA publishers, and tech investors across the US, Europe and beyond. His earliest days of development involved tools like 'Final Sun', 'Pud Editors', and the 'Build Engine', where he modded classics such as Tiberian Sun, Warcraft II, and Duke Nukem 3D.

A systems engineer turned industry veteran, Ra specializes in technical infrastructure and developed MGN’s proprietary live-ops feedback integration. His earliest gaming memory is diving into the Apogee classics on DOS, an era he still considers the best and one that continues to inspire his work today.

We’re proud to have helped scale companies, launch breakout hits, and save struggling titles from collapse. But that only works when we’re aligned.. 

For that reason, we respectfully decline work with projects that:

  1. *Promote gambling mechanics, NFTs, or speculative blockchain features.
  2. *Contain adult/explicit content or anything that is designed for cheap shock value.
  3. *Push extreme political messaging, disinformation, or ideologically divisive content.
