This page reflects MGN’s operations, impact, and leadership in 2025.
MGN: A Global Force
MGN was established to support developers in building, marketing, and scaling games in today’s high-risk industry.
In an era where game studios frequently close down and ambitious titles collapse under the weight of unmet expectations, failure is no longer rare—it’s the default. The difference between success and obscurity often comes down to oversights in QA, weak player insight, or a lack of operational clarity.
The minds behind MGN:
Through pre-launch validation and commercial foresight, we de-risk development and help studios overcome a saturated gaming ecosystem (where attention is scarce, and second chances are rarer).
Executive Summary
We partner with developers, publishers, and production teams to ensure that every title under our oversight is set up not just for a successful launch—but for long-term growth, market traction, and player loyalty.
We specialize in elite-level game QA, market intelligence, and product evaluation. Bridging the gap between creative vision and commercial viability.
With a team of 35+ specialists, we operate at scale without sacrificing precision.
Powered by Transparency
We believe the strongest partnerships are built on clarity, trust, and direct communication.
That’s why leading studios rely on MGN — and why our leadership team, including our CEO, remains directly accessible for high-level strategy and critical decisions.

A corporate strategist with over 14 years in gaming and operations, San has advised indie developers, AAA publishers, and tech investors across the US, Europe and beyond. His earliest days of development involved tools like 'Final Sun', 'Pud Editors', and the 'Build Engine', where he modded classics such as Tiberian Sun, Warcraft II, and Duke Nukem 3D.
A systems engineer turned industry veteran, Ra specializes in technical infrastructure and developed MGN’s proprietary live-ops feedback integration. His earliest gaming memory is diving into the Apogee classics on DOS, an era he still considers the best and one that continues to inspire his work today.
With a background in worldbuilding, interactive storytelling, and cross-discipline art direction, Marion ("Alhexa") strengthens projects by assisting creative teams from concept to execution. She also manages MGN's client support across the EU region.

Vasu leads data interpretation for client games—translating raw analytics into actionable strategy. His work has identified churn risks months in advance, optimized PvP balance curves, and closed retention gaps. He speaks both data-analytics and gamer fluently.
Rogini builds long-term alliances between MGN and publishers, funding groups, and talent pools. With experience in licensing, investor relations, and transmedia planning, she ensures every collaboration becomes a growth multiplier for our partners.

6.Why Studios Choose MGN
In an industry where one misstep can sink years of work, MGN acts as that critical last layer of support to avoid costly mistakes, maximize profits, and ensure flawless execution.
Impact of Focus on Game Success:
*Market success = A.Player Experience + B.Operational Excellence.
Trying to do both at once—without the right scale or specialization—always leads to trade-offs.
7.Location & Operations
MGN is headquartered remotely, operating globally with satellite collaborators in the US, Europe, and South Africa. Our clients range from solo devs to AAA-scale studios.
International Clients & Markets:
Please note: MGN does not operate in the Russian Federation and has limited capabilities in Mainland China due to regulatory complexities.
8.Corporate Initiatives
MGN has pledged 1.4% of all profits to fuel the next generation of developers, support small studios, and advance educational programs that inspire game engineering and creative innovation.
Through microgrants, mentorship, and publishing support, this initiative reflects our conviction that lasting success is built by empowering others.
9.Partnership Criteria
We’re proud to have helped scale companies, launch breakout hits, and save struggling titles from collapse. But that only works when we’re aligned..
For that reason, we respectfully decline work with projects that:
When we take on a project, we’re invested in its success.
